Our Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please return products in their original condition (sorry, we cannot accept opened product) and packaging, with the invoice within 30 days from the date you received your order. A refund of the product purchase price and applicable taxes will be credited to your credit card account once we have received and processed the returned product(s), minus the original shipping charge for any self-pay orders.
How to Return Store Products
1. Begin by calling our Customer Satisfaction Department toll free at 1-888-545-6464.
2. Mail the product in the original packaging to our return center. Please send the invoice with the product.
3. Circle the item(s) you are returning on the invoice. You will be notified via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned product(s). If a product was sent to you in error, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for the return.
